Turkish cuisine is one of my favorite cuisine…. it’s more like comfort food to me. Kapadokya Turkish kitchen is located in Rose Park Hotel, on Sheikh Zayed Road just opposite Sharaf DG metro statio. It’s easily reachable for everyone. The ambiance is beautifully decorated in Turkish style, the beautiful blue tiled floor will surely make you think about the serenity of Cappadocia. The open kitchen looks really interesting, specially the open brick oven where you can smell that fresh smell of freshly baked Turkish breads.
The staff is really helpful & friendly …. they really hosted us in the best possible way.
Coming back to food…
We started with the super amazing salad … Gavurdagi Salad… finely chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum & parsley, topped with lots & lots of walnuts. We seriously loved this salad … such fresh along with the crunchy ness of walnuts.
They served us the famous Turkish lamb soup… Beyran Corba… lamb soup with shredded meat & rice. … full of flavors.
Next, they served us the delicious Mixed grill platter.. Kapadokya Karisik… special assorted grills with meat & chicken diner, grilled chicken, beef & lamb grills. Served with rice & salad.
Coming to the main Course, we tried their Kayseri Tawa… authentic Turkish lamb curry, cooked & served in an iron pan covered with a bread. Well accomplished with their freshly baked breads.
Then comes their signature Adana Iskender.. their famous Adana meat, diced Turkish bread, served with traditional tomato sauce & yogurt. A must to try dish.
We also tried some drinks … fresh Avocado milkshake & a cocktail drink. Both were refreshing.
Ending the meal in the perfect Turkish way … Katmer with ice cream & also Turkish Tea. What an amazing end to this scrumptious meal.
To sum it all …. certainly a recommendable place with amazing food, amazing service & beautiful ambience. Can’t wait to go there again.
