Dine in with the view

961 lb is a Lebanese Restaurant located in the heart of AlSeef Dubai …where you can watch traditional dhows make their way up & down Dubai Creek while enjoying your food…. The place has a nice terrace on the ground floor with plenty of indoor sitting too & on the first floor a dinning area & also outdoor sitting for the sheesha lovers like us. The staff is really friendly & helpful.

The interiors are well done …. I personally love the long tiled dinning table just placed at the entrance & also a cozy sitting area for 4-6 people with a huge tree wall art as the back drop.

We went there for the Iftaar. They have their set menu for iftaar which is priced quite decently at 95aed … but if you want you can order anything from their ala carte menu.

The set menu is like …

First we were served Dates, dry apricot & assorted nuts & also Olives & Pickels for opening our fast

In the Drinks they served us the typical Arabic drinks – Jallab, orange juice, Amarddin & Ayran … I personally loved Jallab & end up drinking 2-3 glasses of it

Then there was lentil soup in the menu l… though it was good but we didn’t have it … ( we Indians don’t like soups in iftaar) 😀

There were also some hot as well as cold mezze … which are my all time fav.

with spicy potatoes – nice done.

Makanek- Lebanese mini sausages …&

Mouaajanat – these mini Manakeesh were freshly made

For the main course, they served us the mixed grill platter & the chicken oriental mashawi … which was just ok ok for me … but I love the mixed grill platter … we also order the beef rib eye from their ala carte menu … it was well done & tasted delicious.

For the desserts …. they serve us a mix platter with all their labanes special desserts … can’t remember the names other than Kunafa ofcourse … I don’t know the name of that dessert, but I loved the one with walnuts stuffed in it… it was fabulous.

Overall a good place to dine in with good food & an awesome view.
